'Perfect pesto' recipe

Ingredients
· 4 cups fresh basil leaves (from about 3 large bunches)
· ¼ cup (60ml or tablespoons) olive oil
· 1/3 cup (50g) pine nuts
· 2 garlic cloves
· ½ cup (50g) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
· 1 teaspoon salt
Method
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in blender. Blend until paste forms, stopping often to push down basil. Add cheese and salt; blend until smooth.
2. Add extra oil if you prefer a milder taste
