Train with Thomas: 20 mins Tabata workout

As promised, @livthomasfit has provided a quick 20 minute Tabata workout to help get us moving during lockdown. It is also a bodyweight workout requiring no equipment- perfect for those of us without access to gym equipment at the moment. You can however incorporate weights if you do have access to them for that extra burn.


Tabata is a form of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) that takes just 20 minutes to complete, but we mustn't be fooled by this relatively short period of time because the intensity of the workout will push your body to the max. It involves working at a high intensity for 20 seconds followed by a very well-appreciated 10 second rest.
